Return Policy
Please note, our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges beyond this period.

1. Sale Items: Items purchased from the sale section are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2. For Other Items: A credit note equal to the purchase amount will be issued. Refunds are not provided.
3. Condition of Returns: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
4. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. All returned products will undergo quality inspection. If the item fails the quality check, we will not process the return or exchange, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
5. Documentation: The original invoice and a completed return/exchange form must be included with the returned item.

Note: If a returned item does not meet the specified conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no reimbursement will be provided.

Credit Note

• Items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit note within 7 days of delivery (excluding shipping costs).
• The full amount of the returned product will be issued as a coupon code.
• This coupon can be used for future purchases on our website within 30 days.
